Coltham are pleased to announce that completion on Y International’s European Headquarters on the Advanced Manufacturing Hub in Aston has been achieved.

The property consists of an 132,000 sq ft distribution facility prominently fronting the A38(M) and adjacent to J6, M6.

Y International are a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi-based LuLu Group International which processes, packages and exports thousands of products to hypermarkets across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
