Joint Venture

In a variety of situations, Coltham will create business arrangements with one or more parties to pool resources in order to execute and deliver a project. This joint venture is generally characterised by shared ownership, shared returns and risk.

Joint ventures can be wide ranging and mutually beneficial in a whole range of situations – access to finance, access to knowledge and skills to name a few. The critical element is to ensure at the outset strategic alignment of the parties to promote mutual understanding and direction to achieve the desired end result.
