Investment

Coltham acquires investments across all real estate sectors throughout the UK either directly with it’s own capital or in a joint venture.

We look for assets with correctable impairments that require asset management and capital expenditure, i.e. redevelopment, refurbishment, re-leasing and or recapitalisation. We are open-minded and innovative in our approach, ensuring we are able to optimise performance.

We have a strong track record in teaming up with occupiers who own their premises and want to realise the inherent value of their holding. We are able to bring our wealth of experience and easy to deal with approach in order to generate the best outcome.
