Goodman subsequently secured a letting of the property to Wiggle.

Built to suit development of a 2,880 sq m (31,000 sq ft) industrial/distribution facility, pre-let to HellermannTyton. The facility incorporated a mezzanine of 1,022 sq m (11,000 sq ft) for additional office accommodation and a CAT A fit out for HellermanTyton Data, in excess of £1m. Coltham pre-funded the £4m development with C Le Masurier Ltd.

TK Maxx, Sterling Green

Green Lane, Walsall

Coltham acquired the 6.5ha (16 acre) industrial/distribution site located 2 miles of Junction 10 of the M6 motorway. Coltham subsequently secured a pre-let of 25,550 sq m (275,000 sq ft) to T K Maxx for their Processing Centre. The created investment was sold for £18.1m to The Prudential.

Coltham acquired the 13.2 acre site, demolished the existing building and pre-sold a new manufacturing and distribution unit extending to 24,805sqm (267,000sqft) to Zurich Insurance though Threadneedle. Zurich subsequently let the facility to The Pallet Network.

Coltham acquired a 1 acre site in the heart of Quinta Do Lago and subsequently constructed a 9,140 sq ft (850 sqm) luxury villa designed by renowned architect Vasco Viera. The villa was constructed over 18 months to budget and sold within 3 months of practical completion.

Chestnut Farm

Coltham purchased this vacant former office building situated in Sambourne, together with two adjacent barns. Following negotiations with the local planning authority Coltham secured planning consent for the conversion of the main building and adjacent barns to residential use. Coltham sold on the properties with the benefit of the residential consent to a local house builder.

Coltham Purchased the 46,451 sq m (500,000 sq ft) industrial/office premises from Moulinex and following disposal of the manufacturing accommodation, Coltham refurbished the 3,484 sq m (37,500 sq ft) office block, attracting multiple occupiers including Midland Area Housing & Birmingham Rep Theatre. On expiry of the occupational lease, Coltham disposed of the facility to Perry Beeches Free School now the Jewellery Quarter Academy.
