Simon has 20 years of commercial real estate experience in consultancy and client-side roles.
In his previous role as Head of UK Investment at SEGRO Plc he was responsible for asset recycling, asset planning strategy and portfolio performance in a £6bn portfolio.
Simon holds PropTech consultancy positions and is a member of the UCL Digital Disruption in Real Estate Consortium.
When Simon’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and has recently taken up golf.
