Chris has 15 years of commercial real estate experience specialising in the industrial and logistics sector.
Chris joined Coltham in 2021 leaving SEGRO plc where he trained to become a chartered surveyor. In the previous 15 years Chris has been heavily involved in development, asset management and investment transactions. During his time at SEGRO Chris was responsible for originating and executing over £3.5bn on property transactions.
When Chris is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching Aston Villa and attempting to play golf.
