Adam Hargreaves

Adam joined Coltham in April 2019 having spent the last eight years working in London. Adam started his career on the graduate scheme at JLL and upon qualification moved to CBRE’s Investment Valuation team for 18 months where he undertook £5bn of valuations for a number of institutional funds.

For the last 4 years, Adam has been working for Vengrove, an emerging UK fund manager, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting transactions. In his years working at Vengrove, Adam was directly involved in a wide range of real estate investments, totalling over £300m.

At Coltham, Adam is responsible for sourcing new investment and development opportunities with a particular focus on value-add and opportunistic deals throughout the UK.

In his spare time, Adam can be found running, skiing, playing golf or doing any other demanding activity, whether that be running the hardest ultra-marathon in the world, driving from the UK to Mongolia through War inhabited zones or riding a tiny motorbike through the Amazon jungle.
