Simon Pursey joins Coltham

We are delighted to announce that Simon Pursey has joined Coltham as Director of Investment and Asset Management. Simon has 20 years of cross sector experience in consultancy and client-side roles, most recently he was the Head of UK Investment at SEGRO Plc where he led on £3bn of investment transactions and was responsible for the asset planning process in a £6bn UK industrial portfolio.

Simon is responsible for investment transactions, asset management and Coltham’s investor relations.
