Situated in the heart of Poole, Coltham undertook the conversion of a former 10 storey tax office building to create a new 12 storey, luxury 115 apartment residential scheme. All apartments were sold with a combined value in the region of £17m.

5/5Via joint venture with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Helical Retail, Coltham completed the comprehensive redevelopment of Shirley Town Centre. The £100m scheme comprised a 5,574 sq m (60,000 sq ft) Asda foodstore, together with 6,500 sq m (70,000sq ft) of non food retail accommodation and 500 underground car parking spaces. Occupiers include B & M, Prezzo, Wetherspoon, Greggs, Poundland and Peacocks.

5/5Coltham acquired a 1 acre site in the heart of Quinta Do Lago and subsequently constructed a 9,140 sq ft (850 sqm) luxury villa designed by renowned architect Vasco Viera. The villa was constructed over 18 months to budget and sold within 3 months of practical completion.
