Busy Bees, Selly Oak

Coltham has achieved practical completion on Busy Bees new nursery in Selly Oak, Birmingham. Coltham acquired the former Itinerants Building, which previously formed part of Selly Oak Hospital located on Oak Tree Lane. The building is locally listed and required full refurbishment, demolition of the rear and construction of an extension. Coltham subsequently let the building to Busy Bees for a new children’s nursery.
