Adam Hargreaves Joins

Coltham is delighted to announce that Adam Hargreaves has joined the business as Development Manager. Adam joins from Vengrove where he was an Associate. Adam will be pursuing new investment and development opportunities with a particular focus on value-add and opportunistic deals throughout the UK, as well as managing Coltham’s existing investment portfolio.
